Our 6 Month Warranty on Face Shields and Re-usable Masks

At Astin Brands, we stand behind our products.  This is why we're offering a 6 month no-questions-asked replacement warranty on Face shields and Re-Usable Masks.

As parents, we would much rather replace something you broke than have you endanger the health of anyone using the product (either through exposure to Covid or just broken product).

Limitations to the Warranty:

Products must be purchased via Astinbrands.com online store.  You must be the original person on the order.  We will only ship the replacement product to the original shipping address.  There is a limit to 2 replacements in a 6 month period.

What this covers:

• This covers ordinary wear and tear. 
• It covers the occasional accident. 
• It covers something breaking while you were using it.

What this does NOT cover:

• Deliberate Damage
• Loss

How to get Coverage:

Just fill out the contact form and reference your original order.  Please include a telephone number and/or email address to get back to you.

We will ask you to return the product to us so that we can inspect the damage for future design improvements. 

Postage, Packing, and Shipping Costs will be your responsibility.
